  Constant Current High-Voltage Direct Current Power is referred to as "constant current source", which is actually a kind of "current source”. The size of the power output current is independent of the size of the load and its main control is "current”. Applying this power in electrostatic precipitators, compared with the voltage source, it has many advantages: the first one is the characteristics of this power supply using in the electric dust catcher is “positive feedback", that is to say, the output of the power supply is directly proportional to the size of the power needed by the precipitator. If the dust concentration of a dust collector becomes larger at a certain moment , to keeps the dust collection efficiency of the dust collector unchanged, it is necessary for the  high-voltage power that supplies the dust collector increases the output power synchronously at this time. Because the output current of the constant current source is constant, the output voltage changes over load size, when the dust concentration increases, the output voltage of the constant current power supply also increases synchronously, reflected on the dust collector, that is, the output power of the power supply will increase synchronously. It is precisely because the constant current power supply is positive feedback to the dust collector, the power supply can well adapts to the different working conditions, and thus it has very stable operation and high deposition efficiency in the long run. Second is because HVCC-1 mainly adopts the L-C loop to realize the transformation from voltage source to current source, there is no mutation of output signal wave form, it can improve the operating voltage and current level of the dust collector and improve the work efficiency of the dust collector. Because of the mechanical characteristics (pole spacing, polar plate form, etc.) of the dust collector in the precipitator after installation is certain, for the dust collector, the breakdown voltage (peak voltage) is also certain. Then At the same peak voltage, when the output waveform is undistorted, the power supply voltage (average voltage) must be higher than that of the output waveform distortion.. The third advantage is because the power supply is a current source, it can withstand transient and steady state short-circuit. And adopt modular parallel structure, its reliability is higher, operation is simple, maintenance is convenient. And because of the modular parallel structure, it has higher reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance.


At present, this product has been widely used in building materials, chemical industry, smelting, metallurgy, electric power and other industries. The output voltage level is 45kV, 60kV, 72kV, 80kV, 100kV and 120kV.The output current level ranges from 10mA to 3000mA.
